H. Tim Hoffman Esq
H. Tim Hoffman is an attorney and is the founding partner
of Hoffman & Lazear. Mr. Hoffman has been a practicing litigation attorney
since 1965, when he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.
While in law school he was a founding member of the Law Students Civil Rights
Research Council; and he organized and coordinated the first National Conference
on Bail and Indigency. He was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in
1965. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1971, and has been in
private practice in California since 1972. Mr Hoffman has tried hundreds of
cases to verdict in traditional labor law, employment law, personal injury,
medical malpractice and business litigation. Mr. Hoffman was field Instructor
for the Jane Adams School of Social Work at the University of Chicago. He taught
Labor Law at Merritt College for many years. He was a Referee for the California
State Bar Ethics Court. He is an acting Arbitrator for the Attorney/Client Fee
Dispute section of the California State and Alameda County Bar Associations. He
is a member of the Board emeritus and past General Council of the
National Hispanic University. He is a member of the Board of Visitors of the
Collage of Letters and Science at Howard University.

Arthur W. Lazear Esq
Arthur W. Lazear has been an attorney with Hoffman &
Lazear since 1978. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Law
School (Boalt Hall), and has been a litigation attorney, specializing in
employment-related matters since 1978. He was admitted to practice in California
the same year. He has litigated hundreds of cases in labor law, employment law,
personal injury, and business and consumer litigation.

Morgan M. Mack, Esq.
Morgan
M. Mack is an
associate at Hoffman & Lazear, licensed to practice before all State courts
in the State of California. Mr. Mack was admitted to the state bar in 1999 after
completing his J.D. at U.C. Hastings. While attending law school, Mr. Mack
became a member of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and studied
employment law with former California Supreme Court Justice Joseph R. Gordin.
Mr. Mack attended undergraduate education at Colorado College, graduating in
1995.
